Exhibitor feedback

Elena Guschina, Director of the Development Department, Vybor Employment Agency:

"There are not enough specialists in the rubber industry. Employers are not always ready to hire older candidates. But at the same time many companies hire them to train young people. It is rewarding and the right thing to do. The exhibitors had positive feedback. They looked through our database of job applicants. We will post a report after the show. We are inviting everybody to come to our stand next year and use the services of the Employment Centre. We will gladly share information about salaries, current employment policies, and candidates and their contacts."

Viktor Gesko, CCO, Euro Chemicals:

"Our company is a regular participant here. We see it as a place to network with our clients. There are much more visitors this year. All days here are very productive. We had a lot of talks. Tires & Rubber is a great platform for market monitoring. We have grown together with Expocentre and are planning to come back next year."

"Tires & Rubber is a place where one can meet clients, suppliers and customers, and discuss projects and cooperation."
