Nortgran high-tech polymer-bonded additives for tires and rubber products come to the show for the first time
Nortex is the largest distributor of raw materials and chemical products in Russia and the CIS countries. In spring 2023, the company's management made a decision to acquire a plant producing additives for the tire and rubber industry.
Stand FD060
The Nortex-Lipetsk chemical plant is located on the territory of the Lipetsk Special Economic Zone. It started its operations in 2013, and today it is a full-fledged industrial enterprise with a modern production line, its own laboratory and a separate warehouse for finished products. The plant's production capacity is 1,500 tonnes of finished products.
The plant makes high-tech polymer-bonded additives for tires and rubber products under the Nortgran trademark. These additives have high chemical efficiency, stability and fast dispersion into compounds. Their use in the production of end products reduces rework costs and minimises scrap rate. In addition, their advantage is that they are available in granule form, which allows easy weighing and dosing, thus enabling full automation of the technological process. Thanks to the polymer shell, the additives do not form chemical dusts and are non-toxic, ensuring an optimal ecological and safe production environment.
The company will present rubbers, latexes, vulcanisation accelerators and activators, crosslinking agents, fillers, foaming agents, antioxidants and stabilisers, flame retardants, softeners and plasticisers, and other products at Tires & Rubber.
The stand will also offer a presentation of production of polymer-bonded additives of Nortex-Lipetsk.
