Dear exhibitors,
As the Moscow City Government has imposed tighter restrictions for freight transport in the center of the city and new 'No Parking' and 'No Waiting' signs have been installed in the streets around EXPOCENTRE Fairgrounds, EXPOCENTRE AO arranges parking inside the venue for freight vehicles awaiting delivery permits, customs clearance and loading/unloading.
Attention! EXPOCENTRE Fairgrounds is located in an area with limited freight traffic inside the Third Transport Ring (TTR), therefore, to enter the territory of the complex, freight vehicles with a carrying capacity of more than 1000 kg must obtain a pass. Entry/exit passes are issued for daytime hours. There is no check-in at night! Overnight parking on the territory of the exhibition complex and adjacent areas is not provided.
From October 1, 2013, applications for passes can be submitted only electronically using the Portal of state and municipal services (functions) of Moscow. Current entry rules are published on the city website https://www.mos.ru/otvet-transport/kak-oformit-propusk-dlya-gruzovogo-transporta/
For freight that requires customs clearance, please follow the instructions of ExpoWesTrans OOO.

Official catalogue, guidebook, web catalogue
In accordance with the General Terms of Participation in Exhibitions Held at EXPOCENTRE Fairgrounds, each registered participant in the exhibition has to present data on his activity to be published in the Official Catalogue and Web Catalogue.
Applications to the catalogue are only accepted online in your personal account.
